Your member number can be found on the front of your nib card, or at the bottom of emails from us
Partner and dependant member numbers can be found by the policyholder on the Personal Details page within your member account. You can also call us on 13 16 42 to confirm your member number.
If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Make sure you check for an email in the correct email account registered to your policy.
As a member listed on a policy, you can have your own access to log in and manage your cover.
To log in, you’ll need to enter the individual email address that’s registered to you as a policy member. This email address can’t be registered to another member on the policy. If you're not the policyholder and your individual email address hasn’t been assigned to you, ask the policyholder to add it for you in their member account.

The privacy and security of our members is our top priority, and we continue to invest in new technology to ensure greater protection of our member data. The use of One Time Passwords (verification codes) to access your member account is a simpler and more secure way for our members to login and access their policy information.
Members no longer need to remember a username and password combination, which not only provides ease of access but ensures greater protection against online malicious activity.
If you’re still using your member number and password combination to log in, we recommend using a secure password and not sharing it with anyone else, and if you notice any strange activity in your account please contact us straight away.
