What is my customer number?
What is my customer number? If you're the primary policyholder your customer number can be found on the front of your membership card. Partner and dependant customer numbers can be found by the primary policyholder on the Personal Details page within Online Services. You can also call us on 13 16 42 to confirm your customer number.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the login page and enter your customer number. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Your postcode, surname and date of birth that matches the details you've given us
Create your new password
What does my password need to include?
Your password for Online Services must be a minimum of eight characters.
Why didn't I get an email to reset my password?
An email to reset your password will only be sent if the email address you have used is linked to your Online Services account.
Why am I locked out of my account?
If you have entered the incorrect password four times, your account will be temporarily locked for five minutes. After the five minutes have passed you can try logging in again.
If you forget your password, use the password reset to create a new password and unlock your account. You can reset your password whilst your account is locked.

How do I register for Online Services?
To register for Online Services complete the following steps:
1. Go to the login page
2. Once the login page appears, select Register now
3. Enter your customer number and select 'Register'
After this, you will be asked to enter your personal details such as surname, date of birth, postcode and to create a password. If your personal details do not match the information we have listed with your policy you will get an alert to try again. If you have trouble registering, please contact us.
Registration and correct address details
When you register for Online Services, it’s a good opportunity to check your personal details and address are correct and up-to-date. To check what address you have listed with us, call us or check any letters or emails that we’ve sent you.
If you are the partner or dependant of the primary policyholder and are registering your Online Services account, make sure you use your own customer number. Partner and dependant customer numbers can be found by the primary policyholder on the Personal Details page within Online Services. You can also call us on 13 16 42 to confirm your customer number.
